In 1964, U.S. intelligence expected a Grey/Reptilian ET takeover in 2000-2030

The current war between hostile extraterrestrial Grey/Draco Reptilian faction and humanity has been in development for a number of decades.

In his book, Michael Prince reveals that in 1964 U.S. intelligence agencies had concluded that a Grey/Reptilian extraterrestrial alliance had a timetable for a planetary takeover of Earth sometime during the 2000 – 2030 period.

Trained as a cyborg assassin, starting at Q552 SS base in Nelson, B.C., Canada

In his March 2011 interview, Michael Prince reveals that between 1976–1979 he was one of a group of 42 children who were subjected to trauma-based mind control and implanted as future cyborg super soldiers at a secret Nazi SS trauma mind control training facility near Nelson, British Columbia, Canada.

The 42 children were test tube babies, each bearing sought-after human-extraterrestrial DNA, who had been adopted into human families that were part of multi-generational trauma-based mind control families. The children were being trained to be future assassins.

This reporter Alfred Lambremont Webre has spoken with a credible source in British Columbia who met personally with coordinators of a Nazi network in British Columbia that in the 1976-79 time period acted as fronts for a Nazi base facility in area of Eagle Lake, also known as Murphy Lake, British Columbia. 1934 Treaty between Grey extraterrestrials and U.S. government

According to Michael Prince, the first treaty between the Grey extraterrestrials was signed in July, 1934. Mr. Prince states, “It was here that the agreement was first made between the Greys (who were actually representing a race of reptilian-like beings from the Draconis star system) and representatives of the US intelligence community. The treaty stated that in return for the Greys providing high technology, the US federal government would allow the Greys to proceed unhindered with human abductions for use in an ongoing ET genetic program.”

Mr. Prince writes, “On July 11th, 1934, the first treaty between the beings, which have become known as the Small Greys (approximately three and a half foot grey beings with large wraparound eyes from the Orion star system) and the US federal government, under President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, occurred aboard a naval ship at the port city of Balboa, Panama. This was one of the most important events in human history because it thrust us into a role we were not prepared for as regards becoming host to a malevolent, extraterrestrial race.

“Although there are benevolent “Zetan”’ Greys, these entities did not have humanity’s best interests at heart.

“The US government completely disregarded the Constitution of the United States by doing this and not telling the American people. It was here that the agreement was first made between the Greys (who were actually representing a race of reptilian-like beings from the Draconis star system) and representatives of the US intelligence community. The treaty stated that in return for the Greys providing high technology, the US federal government would allow the Greys to proceed unhindered with human abductions for use in an ongoing ET genetic program.

“The Americans stated they would only agree to the terms if a list of abductees was provided to the government and the abductees returned unharmed with their memories of the event erased. The Greys provided anti-gravity devices, metals and alloys, environment, free energy, and medical technology in return for this. These Greys basically said they would provide this hardware in exchange for being allowed to infiltrate human society on all levels. This they did and started to replace important world leaders with clones under their control.

“Seven years after this treaty, in 1941, the Greys approached the German government and Hitler. A treaty was then arranged with the Nazis. The Greys offered mind control and other technologies to the Germans, and in return wanted human subjects to conduct their genetic experiments on. The information I have is that Hitler told the Greys they were not to touch the German Aryan people but could do what they wanted with the people in the concentration camps. In the last century, Germany and America have been the main areas of Grey and reptilian invasion, as you can see by the vast amounts of people going missing in America lately. This is why the Nazis were so involved with cloning technology and experimentation on twins.

“Approximately twenty people in the US and Germany at the time would have been directly involved in the Grey/human treaties. The information was kept on a strictly need-to-know basis within the governments and secret services. Little has changed regarding Grey, government, and concentration camp issues. We now [as of 2006] have the Grey, Draco reptilian, and government sell-outs in Britain and America who are torturing test subjects as we speak, installed into underground concentration camps.”

10-year extensions of 1934 treaty with Grey extraterrestrials

Michael Prince writes that the 1934 U.S. secret treaty with Grey extraterrestrials has been renewed every ten years. He states, “As the MIEC [Military Industrial Extraterrestrial Complex] began to expand in the early forties, the second extension of the 1934 Grey and US government treaty was signed in 1944. This treaty was renewed every ten years from 1934 to 1964 and the treaties still are being renewed today. Lincoln has just recently visited the Chrysantheum bio-genetics facility in Dulce, New Mexico, as a new archive system is being set up there. A scientist who has worked there since the 1970’s informed him that a new treaty has just been signed.”

Treaty broken by Grey and Draco Reptilian extraterrestrials

Michael Prince states that by the time of the 1944 10 year extension of the treaty, the treaty was broken by the Grey extraterrestrials.

Mr. Prince writes, “By 1944, the Grey/human treaty was showing signs of stress, as it was discovered that Greys were abducting more people than they were putting on the government lists. In May 1954, under the Eisenhower administration, the third extension of the Grey and US government treaty was signed - the Grenada Treaty. The Orion Greys and Draco Reptilians blatantly broke the terms, as we shall see later in the book.

“The Grenada Treaty was agreed upon under the Holloman air force base in New Mexico by the Greys and the ULTRA unit of the NSA. The name of the facility under Holloman AFB was code named DANDELION, although this may have changed now. The ULTRA unit was one of the most elite and super secret of the NSA factions at the time and was ran by Project Paperclip Nazis who were part of the NSA after 1945. All ULTRA members were cloned humans.

“The original documents of this treaty and the original ET materials from it can be found today in the NSA facility called Blue Moon. Blue is code word meaning extra-terrestrial

related. Blue moon is an underground facility beneath Kirkland air force base in New Mexico. The entrance to the base is in the Manzano Mountains. Inside Blue Moon is the technological headquarters of the very secretive DOE, which Lincoln and Dean Warwick work[ed] for. Today [2006], the DOE at Blue Moon is building free energy devices, developed from Grey and Draco reptilian technology, for use in space.”

Greys and Reptilians have Earth timetabled for takeover 2000 - 2030

With regard to a timetable for invasion and takeover of Earth by the Grey/Reptilian faction, Mr. Prince writes, “With each ET/human treaty, the governments [within the MEIC] were becoming more advanced, and there were now groups of people that were literally thousands of years more advanced than the civilian population. For every one year that goes by, since the start of these treaties, military technology advances by over fifty years….every now and then, the public gets a new computer or some other piece of technology from the Military Industrial Extraterrestrial Complex [MIEC], but these are just little trinkets similar to when the early white American settlers would give beads to the Indians.

Lethality of Draco Reptilians

Michael Prince writes that not all reptilian extraterrestrials are dangerous to the human race. Once exception is the Draco Reptilian that is part of the Grey/Reptilian faction now threatening a takeover of Earth. He writes, “The malevolent Dracos are not pleasant. There may be compassionate beings among them, but there is a large section of them that are thoroughly evil and dangerous. This worrying news is balanced out by the fact that there are also many benevolent ETs from various star systems who are here to help us and have been involved in an ancient war with the Dracos. The Dracos are real beings; however, the intelligence community is involved in a psychological operation to make the people of the world fear all reptilian ETs.”

Mr. Prince states, “The Dracos are omnivores and move across planets like locust for the natural resources, including food, which in this case is us. There will be huge supporting evidence in this book showing they are using us for food. Dracos have two hearts, are between 7 to 12 feet tall, and have the strength of 8 to 16 men. They are hard to kill, have psychic and technological skills in battle that are thousands of years ahead of ours, they’re cold-blooded, and have no remorse or compassion.

“There are different coloured Draco, but the Draco Prime are white in colour and seem to be the royalty or elite of the group. They are seen far less by humans in underground

facilities and abductions. The various coloured Draco have wings, while the reptilians lower on the hierarchy, seen more often by humans, do not. The wings are made of long, tiny bone spines or ribs that protrude out of their backs. The ribs are adjoined by flaps of leathery, blackish-brown skin, and the wings are usually in a retracted position.

Beings matching the description of the Draco have been seen flying using their wings. This was reported in the multiple sightings of Draco-like creatures in the town of Point

Pleasant, on which the film The Mothman Prophecies, starring Richard Gere, was based. In several contacts, people have seen reptilian beings wearing capes draped over their shoulders and down their backs. The capes may be a piece of clothing specifically designed for covering the Dracos’ wings, or their retracted, dark leathery flaps might appear to be a fabric-like material going across and down the shoulders and back.

“What strikes the eyewitnesses the most about the physical appearance of a Draco being is the horns. The horns are usually short. They are conical in shape and extend four to five inches away from the skull. Some reports describe low bony ridges back along there conical shaped heads. These ridges appear midway between the brow and the top of their heads. They appear to have a much more athletic build than the other reptilian beings. Their upper torsos are extremely lean, and their neck muscles splay out from the base of their jaws to their shoulder blades. If the Dracos are able to fly to using their wings, as some people have reported, the physical demands of flight would result in some muscle groups being more developed than others.

“Certain individuals claiming to have had Draco encounters say they have seen ones with white powdery scales approach and give instruction to the winged Dracos, who are a greenish-brown in colour. The white Dracos are the Draco Prime. In every one of these cases, the greenish-brown beings appeared to be highly respectful and submissive to the Draco with white scales. This reaction suggests the Draco hierarchy is a caste system dependent on skin colour and possibly other unknown genetic traits.

The Greys have also demonstrated similar respect for the Draco Prime in contact reports.”

Treaties with the galactic confederation of worlds

Mr. Prince states that the U.S. government knows of the existence of at least 118 extraterrestrial races that are involved with the affairs of Earth. He states, “There have also been Human/ET treaties with these compassionate races, and their motivations and actions in these areas seem to prove their intentions.”

Mr. Prince writes, “This situation is so bizarre and gets even more so as we go deeper into highly classified areas. I have been told by my NSA contact, X3, there are at least 118 different extra-terrestrial races, that the NSA knows about, involved in the affairs of this planet. The NSA refers to this ET grouping under such titles as The Link and others.

There are the benevolent ETs visiting this planet from star sectors such as the Pleiades, Andromeda, Lyra, Tau Ceti, Sirius A, and Ummo, which have been referred to by contactees and secret service personnel as The Galactic Confederation of Worlds. Here we are going into complicated Star Wars-type Exo-politics.

“However, there are benevolent factions of Orion Greys and Draco Reptilians and evil factions of Pleiadians, for example. This is obvious, as in any race there are good and evil elements. I wanted to just make this distinction clear because in the so-called New Age movement, there is almost a religious type of obsession with New Age advocates claiming all reptilians are negative and all Pleiadians are here to save us from them. There have also been Human/ET treaties with these compassionate races, and their motivations and actions in these areas seem to prove their intentions.

1934 - Tall blonde Pleiadians & the Nazis

Michael Prince reveals that in 1934 a group of tall blonde Pleiadians first approached the US government and the Roosevelt administration. They were rebuffed by the US government and so the Pleiadians then approached the Nazis.

Mr. Prince writes, “In 1934, a group of Pleiadians (Tall Humanoid beings with blond hair and blue eyes) approached the US government, under the Roosevelt administration, in an effort to work out an eventual military disarmament arrangement. The US government refused, so the Pleiadians approached Hitler and the Nazis instead. I believe by this time, the Draco reptilians had taken control of much of the upper levels of the US federal government, and the human puppets would not give up their military weapons. Part of the covert reptilian agenda is to massively reduce the world’s population by wars to reduce resistance, if and when the time comes, to the final Draco invasion. The Pleiadians worked out a treaty with Hitler and the Nazis that in exchange for technology the Nazis would not attack the Jewish people. The Pleiadians tried to stop all of this, and their treaty with the Nazis held together until around 1941. I cannot get a very clear picture of what happened after this, as the information is so tightly compartmentalised. It is also hard to see through the massive amounts of propaganda that came out after the Second World War. There was a plan to repopulate the Jewish community from Germany to Madagascar, but this didn't happen because the Madagascans wanted no part of it.

“The Nazis developed their advanced saucer-shaped aircraft from the Pleiadian technology after the Pleiadians purposely crashed some of theirs in Germany to honour

their part in the treaty. The Nazi craft were known as Hauneba and Vril. The Nazis were not able to copy the Pleiadian anti-gravity drive but found ways around this. By 1941, the Pleiadians pulled out of the treaty and would no longer deal with Hitler and Nazis. It was at this time that the Greys approached them, and this is where the Nazi trauma-based mind control technology came from.”

1954: Eisenhower Administration and the Galactic Confederation of Worlds

Michael Prince confirms the accounts of an approach by representatives from a galactic governance body to upper levels of the Eisenhower administration in 1954.

Mr. Prince writes, “On February 20th, 1954, around the same time as the Grenada Treaty, a delegation from the Galactic Confederation of Worlds approached the upper levels of the US government. This was an effort to limit the death and destruction of the Grenada Treaty and weapons developed from it. This delegation met with the Eisenhower administration in an unsuccessful attempt to reach an agreement on the US government’s thermonuclear weapons program.

“Some say the stumbling block was that the Federation ETs were not willing to provide technology that might have been used by the military industrial factions of the Eisenhower administration. Others say many factions of the upper levels of US government were under heavy Draco mind control by this time, and there was no way they were going to give up their nuclear weapons. These protective and peace-loving Humanoid ETs also refused to be co-opted into the emerging Military, Industrial, Extraterrestrial Complex [MIEC] in the US, Britain, Russia and elsewhere.”

The Pleiadian Agenda

Michael Prince’s message is ultimately optimistic. He states that the Military Industrial Extraterrestrial Complex [MIEC] is currently using a “Tablets of Destiny” supercomputer system that includes the HAARP-aerosol/chemtrails and Artificial Intelligence mind control system to attempt planetary ecocide and genocide. Mr. Prince states that the Pleiadian fleet is here to liberate humanity and will be successful.

Mr. Prince writes, “When I’m an old man, I don’t want to look back upon my life and remember that I was some kind of prophet of doom who brought fear into the lives of millions of people. My work has now reached millions, and I need to be careful. My message is ultimately one of love and peace, which is the Pleiadian paradigm. A win-win situation were every man, woman, and child on this planets benefits.

“The corrupt Illuminati paradigm wishes to see the destruction of the so-called Goyim - all the people on earth who are not “New Israelites.” When our unit was involved in RV [remote viewing] ops in London in the 90’s, we were told things like, “when it all goes down, people like you will run the planet for us.” Many times, the elite were called underground to the CLC-1 facility under Parliament when there were threats of a nuclear attack on the UK. Barry King was paired up with a certain female in this facility in the past in this exact situation.

“It was a C.O.G (Continuity of Government) type operation with the Illuminati wanting to repopulate the earth with offspring of the most gifted, to rise from the ashes like the phoenix. Fortunately, this never happened. Immanuel’s message was that all people, Jew and Gentile, could see the New Jerusalem of peace and prosperity on earth. Thisis what the future holds, and the Pleiadians are not going to see this planet get flushed down the pan. I’m honored and grateful to be able to carry this message. What gives me the right to speak for the Pleiadians?

“The simple answer is that I’ve been in direct contact with them since I was child. Part of my role in Project Mannequin was to make telepathic contact with the large Pleiadian mother ships in the outer atmosphere and then pass the messages onto Commander Clavius and other people. This was all done while I was in the tripseat.

Tablets of Destiny – HAARP & Supercomputers

“I’ve had that much contact with them over the years that a whole book could be written on this subject alone. Some of the messages in Mannequin had to do with the fact that the Pleiadians would not stand for the abuse occurring in these military facilities, and Aldebaran federation forces would be taking direct military action against them. This is not a chapter about “exo-politics” but the M.I.E.C forces have control over something known as the Tablets of Destiny, which is basically a network of large exotic crystal based computers.

“These are linked in a geometrical grid pattern around the world and can trigger large scale disasters such as tidal waves, hurricanes, and earthquakes. Anyone who has investigated this subject would be familiar with the H.A.A.R.P scalar weather warfare system based in Alaska. This is part of the T.O.D super computer. Ultimately, mankind is being held hostage by this system. People often ask why don’t the Pleiadians come in and rescue us and all the children being abused in underground bases, if all the ships are positioned around the planet?

“The answer is because of the Tablets of Destiny. Yes, the large Pleiadian craft are here. Anyone who attended the Probe International conference in the past saw the proof. My colleague “Duncan” presented the many coloured photographs of these ships - some over five miles long - to hundreds of stunned people in attendance. You could hear the gasps from the audience as people’s breath was taken away.

“These photographs were taken by another friend of mine, known on the internet as Simon Anderson and John Leonard Walson, using advanced photography equipment that takes pictures of objects in the outer atmosphere. Pleidian & Aldebaran federation forces of liberation

“My most recent Pleiadian contacts brought word of direct military action by Aldebaran federation forces against certain strategic locations in Britain, America, and Australia. These attacks and liberations were utilized using “excaliber” type technology. This is sonic, ground-penetrating weaponry that attacks deep underground but leaves the surface unharmed. This message was given to me on the night of August 25th by several small scout craft positioned overhead in a certain location in Scotland were I am now based.

“The attacks would take place between the 25th and 30th August, I was told. A couple of days later, I was told by Lincoln that he’d heard of a huge explosion and fire in the underground facility at Montauk, where the Phoenix mind control project is being run. He also informed me that the mag-lev underground tube shuttle system had been shutdown between the bases in New Mexico. All the terminals had been closed and this went on for an unusually long time.

“Anyway, I don’t want to dwell on the warlike aspect of the Pleiadians. I want to focus on the joy and ecstasy that comes with having a heart link with them, especially the female aspect of their civilization. They are a Goddess-based society, which venerates females and family. The feeling of the energy is similar to being in love. Children with Pleiadian genetics are highly sought after in Mannequin and are known under such code names as Platinum Blues and Digital Children.

“These are the most joyful and angelic children whose physic abilities come from the ability to feel love and the feelings of another being. The people used in the project are like the phoenix. They are individuals of such passion and fire that their souls are often too powerful for their bodies. It often takes to their 30th birthday to learn how to slow down and take care and control over their physical bodies.”

You're with the right God and the right Messiah and you have the faith to sit down and talk with Me even in this noisy bus station, over coffee. So I am happy to share My secrets with you!

Well Lord I am speechless, and if I can talk to you I should never fear any man, for You are the King of Kings but You stooped low enough to not only chat with me but You came low enough to DIE for me! PYL! So can I share this prophecy for others? I mean, for others to see? Man I am so excited I can't even use correct grammer!

Yes, sure! And hey- I am not done talking with you yet, My silly bride! SO how about that other bus station? Should we keep it a bus station just for old times' sake? You're supposed to be My Wife. I went to prepare a house 4U, but you get to do the interior decorating.

Indeed yes. Reporting for duty, Captain! OK let me think about this. You're asking a lot. I always figured that kind of place would have truckloads of prophecy concerning every detail about its ministrations and architecture and everything. Actually I can't think of any prophecies about Golgotha, even though it should be all over the Bible. I know there was quite a bit about it written in "The Cave of Treasures," but. . . well maybe there is. I know Shem went there with little Melchizedek and set him a priest over that spot, since it was the place Adam was buried and you also originally made him and crowned him over creation. [After the Flood they went there, the earth opened in four directions over "the place of the skull" and they placed the body of Adam inside]

And. . . then that Melchisedek built "Salem" there, in order to offer sacrafices. It was all about the body of Adam in those days, I guess. [incredible. . . Jerusalem was built to watch over the place where Jesus was crucified!]

Then later on according to Ron Wyatt the Ark of the Covenant was buried in a cave in that exact spot. How was it nobody ever knew Adam was buried there? I suppose it was a secret! Shem apparently even lied to Melchizedek's parents and family and said he was eaten by animals or something. So maybe Jeremiah knew and kept that secret safe (about Adam's body's location) And then of course You were crucified above that cave (Praise Your Wonderful Name, King Jesus!) and the Earth was opened and Your blood mixed with water (Your Precious Blood!) flowed down, a precious fountain, down and down to the cave and onto the Ark of the Covenant. And also somehow, this blood entered Adam's body's open mouth, if you include the Cave-O-Treasures' prophecy! So Adam was resurrected, the Old Law was fulfilled, and the World was saved! Hallellujah! So apparently then in the 80's just before Spielberg releases Raiders this guy Ron Wyatt gets a tip from an angel to go digging down there, figures out where your Cross-holes were (An early Church built over the site had placed the round stone from the nearby tomb which You were resurrected out of over those 3 cross post-holes). Then after some time they discovered your Ark Chamber and saw that it was perfectly underneath where You had been crucified. There was a crack in the ceiling (and also in the middle cross post hole) and Your blood was identified as having poured down all the way from the hole in the top down through who knows how much rock and generations of burned-and-rebuilt-Jerusalem's layers of rubble and limestone to come directly into that ark, exactly as the priests in the Old Testament used to pour the blood sacrafice annually (right?) of the unspotted red heifer. The blood was tested and found to only possess 1 Chromosome from the Father. (Oh, and it CAME BACK TO LIFE IN THE TEST TUBE!!) And this is definately possible to be cloned, too, right?

Enter the Israeli Government. They tried sending a bunch of priests (after fasting 2 weeks) to extract the ark. All of them died. Who knows how they eventually took that ark. I don't know how, but apparently it has been removed by someone. Perhaps they held guns at Christians to do it! Ha! And here's where Arizona Wilder's testimony comes in. THey say that there were private viewings of the Ark for the Royal Family. All kinds of weird hanky-satanic-panky was bgoing on at the time, like human sacrafice, people turnign into lizards, you name it! (Hey there is that proverb about a lizard hanging out in King's Courts!) And the key here is that some dude named Pindar impregnated Diana. . . with Prince William. (He had also gotten Arizona Wilder- that dear soul, bless her in the Power of the Keys- pregnant, but she siad she had an abortion. Something about being the Satanic Mother Goddess).

So if you look at the dates, it would make sense that in 1982- no- 1981 William was put into Princess Diana and viola- a clone of Jesus was made! I mean, otherwise they got some genetic material from the Shroud of Turin, right? Well all that to say-- big big big things are indeed planned for Mr. WillIAm at London's 2012 Olympics and, of course, thsi sounds crazier than a Dan Brown novel written on steroids and espresso and crack, but MAYBE. . . JUST MAYBE. . . this is. . . . the AntiChrist?

So I'm willing to ask You, Jesus, since I haven't really seen anybody else do it. . .

Is Prince William the AntiChrist?!

So about that piece of Real Estate, having said all that, why don't we make it a Heavenly Bus Station, with Star-Portals that take you to myriads of places and unite the Whole Universe in LOVE! And we can make it a really happy place, where all the travelers who pass by there on their way to whatever location in the galaxy, universe, or dimention, can have a chance to see what the Lord of All did for them? And instead of people mocking when they pass by, they can be free to express their gratitude in any way that fits their culture (or species!) and it can be like a beautiful never-ending parade of praise to You! Even animals can pass through and bow low like in Lion King! Witness the Redemption of all Creation, where the Price was paid-- the Ultimate Price!! Proof how much God loves you!

And maybe we can preserve that place [Golgotha] somewhere in tact, but over it make the most amazing "Bus Station" - a starport with gigantic open halls and "ticketing counters" and something as big as the Dome Arco from Sim City 2000 - which can blast off and avoid the destruction of the Earth after Gog+Magog, post-Millenium. Whatdd'Ya think?!

Christians have not always presented a pretty picture to the world. Too often they have failed to show the beauty of love, the beauty of Christ, the holiness of God.

And the world has turned away.

Is there then no way to make the world look again — this time at true Christianity? Must Christians continue to stand with arms folded, going on in their old sweet ways, presenting to men a tarnished image of God — a shattered body of Christ?

Francis A. Schaeffer meets these questions head-on. He is the founder of L’Abri Fellowship in Switzerland, is the author of many books, including The God Who Is There and Escape from Reason. He was, until his death in 1984, a vibrant example of the kind of love that marks true Christian character. His love for both those who agreed and those who disagreed with him continues to be a model for all Christians today.

This small book was originally intended solely as a part of a longer work — The Church at the End of the 20th Century. But the message of this essay is so significant that we feel it should take its place alongside Escape from Reason, The God Who Is There, Death in the City and The Church at the End of the 20th Century.

The Mark of the Christian

Through the centuries men have displayed many different symbols to show that they are Christians. They have worn marks in the lapels of their coats, hung chains about their necks, even had special haircuts.

Of course, there is nothing wrong with any of this, if one feels it is his calling. But there is a much better sign — a mark that has not been thought up just as a matter of expediency for use on some special occasion or in some specific era. It is a universal mark that is to last through all the ages of the church till Jesus comes back.

What is this mark?

At the close of his ministry, Jesus looks forward to his death on the cross, the open tomb and the ascension. Knowing that he is about to leave, Jesus prepares his disciples for what is to come. It is here that he makes clear what will be the

distinguishing mark of the Christian:

My children, I will be with you only a little longer. You will look for me, and just as I told the Jews, so I tell you now: Where I am going, you cannot come. A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” (John 13:33-35)

This passage reveals the mark that Jesus gives to label a Christian not just in one era or in one locality but at all times and all places until Jesus returns.

Notice that what he says here is not a description of a fact. It is a command which includes a condition: “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” An if is involved. If you obey, you will wear the badge Christ gave. But since this is a command, it can be violated.

The point is that it is possible to be a Christian without showing the mark, but if we expect non-Christians to know that we are Christians, we must show the mark.

Men and Brothers

The command at this point is to love our fellow Christians, our brothers. But, of course, we must strike a balance and not forget the other side of Jesus’ teaching: We are to love our fellowmen, to love all men, in fact, as neighbors.

All men bear the image of God. They have value, not because they are redeemed, but because they are God’s creation in God’s image. Modern man, who has rejected this, has no clue as to who he is, and because of this he can find no real value for himself or for other men. Hence, he downgrades the value of other men and produces the horrible thing we face

today — a sick culture in which men treat men as inhuman, as machines. As Christians, however, we know the value of men.

All men are our neighbors, and we are to love them as ourselves. We are to do this on the basis of creation, even if they are not redeemed, for all men have value because they are made in the image of God. Therefore they are to be loved even at great cost.

This is, of course, the whole point of Jesus’ story of the good Samaritan: Because a man is a man, he is to be loved at all cost.

So, when Jesus gives the special command to love our Christian brothers, it does not negate the other command. The two are not antithetical. We are not to choose between loving all men as ourselves and loving the Christian in a special way. The two commands reinforce each other.

If Jesus has commanded so strongly that we love all men as our neighbors, then how important it is especially to love our fellow Christians. If we are told to love all men as our neighbors — as ourselves — then surely, when it comes to those with whom we have the special bonds as fellow Christians — having one Father through one Jesus Christ and being indwelt by one Spirit — we can understand how overwhelmingly important it is that all men be able to see an observable love for those with whom we have these special ties. Paul makes the double obligation clear in Galatians 6:10: “As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.” He does not negate the command to do good to all men. But it is still not meaningless to add, “especially unto them who are of the household of faith.” This dual goal should be our Christian mentality, the set of our minds; we should be consciously thinking about it and what it means in our one-moment-at-a-time lives. It should be the attitude that governs our outward observable actions.

Very often the true Bible-believing Christian, in his emphasis on two humanities — one lost, one saved — one still standing in rebellion against God, the other having returned to God through Christ — has given a picture of exclusiveness which is ugly.

There are two humanities. That is true. Some men made in the image of God still stand in rebellion against him; some, by the grace of God, have cast themselves upon God’s solution.

Nonetheless, there is in another very important sense only one humanity. All men derive from one origin. By creation all men bear the image of God. In this sense all men are of one flesh, one blood.

Hence, the exclusiveness of the two humanities is undergirded by the unity of all men. And Christians are not to love their believing brothers to the exclusion of their non-believing fellowmen. That is ugly. We are to have the example of the good Samaritan consciously in mind at all times.

A Delicate Balance

The first commandment is to love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul and mind. The second commandment bears the universal command to love men. Notice that the second commandment is not just to love Christians. It is far wider than this. We are to love our neighbor as ourselves.

I Thessalonians 3:12 carries the same double emphasis: “And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you.” Here the order is reversed. First of all, we are to have love one toward another and then toward all men, but that does not change the double emphasis. Rather, it points up the delicate balance — a balance that is not in practice automatically maintained.

In I John 3:11 (written later than the gospel that bears his

name) John says, “For this is the message that you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.” Years after Christ’s death, John, in writing the epistle, calls us back to Christ’s original command in John 13. Speaking to the church, John in effect says, “Don’t forget this . . . Don’t forget this. This command was given to us by Christ while he was still on the earth. This is to be your mark.”

For True Christians Only

If we look again at the command in John 13, we will notice some important things. First of all, this is a command to have a special love to all true Christians, all born-again Christians. From the scriptural viewpoint, not all who call themselves Christians are Christians, and that is especially true in our generation. The meaning of the word Christian has been reduced to practically nothing. Surely, there is no word that has been so devalued unless it is the word of God itself. Central to semantics is the idea that a word as a symbol has no meaning until content is put into it. This is quite correct. Because the word Christian as a symbol has been made to mean so little, it has come to mean everything and nothing.

Jesus, however, is talking about loving all true Christians. And this is a command that has two cutting edges, for it means that we must both distinguish true Christians from all pretenders and be sure that we leave no true Christians outside of our consideration. In other words, mere humanists and liberal theologians who continue to use the Christian label or mere church members whose Christian designation is only a formality are not to be accounted true.

But we must be careful of the opposite error. We must include everyone who stands in the historic-biblical faith whether or not he is a member of our own party or our own group.

But even if a man is not among the true Christians, we still have the responsibility to love him as our neighbor. So we cannot say, “Now here’s somebody that, as far as I can tell, does not stand among the group of true Christians, and therefore I don’t have to think of him any more; I can just slough him off.” Not at all. He is covered by the second commandment.

The Standard of Quality

The second thing to notice in these verses in John 13 is the quality of the love that is to be our standard. We are to love all Christians “as I,” Jesus says, “have loved you.” Now think of both the quality and the quantity of Jesus’ love toward us. Of course, he is infinite and we are finite; he is God, we are men. Since he is infinite, our love can never be like his, it can never be an infinite love.

Nevertheless, the love he exhibited then and exhibits now is to be our standard. We dare have no lesser standard. We are to love all true Christians as Christ has loved us.

Now immediately, when we say this, either of two things can happen. We can just say, “I see! I see!” and we can make a little flag and write on it, “We Love All Christians!” You can see us trudging along with little flags — all rolled up — “We Love All Christians!” — and at the appropriate moment, we take off all the rubber bands, unzip the cover, and put it up. We wave it as we carry it along — “We Love All Christians!” How ugly!

It can be either this exceedingly ugly thing, as ugly as anything anyone could imagine, or it can be something as profound as anyone could imagine. And if it is to be the latter, it will take a great deal of time, a great deal of conscious talking and writing about it, a great deal of thinking and praying about it on the part of the Bible-believing Christians.

The church is to be a loving church in a dying culture. How,

then, is the dying culture going to consider us? Jesus says, “By this shall all men know that you are my disciples, if you have love one to another.” In the midst of the world, in the midst of our present dying culture, Jesus is giving a right to the world. Upon his authority he gives the world the right to judge whether you and I are born-again Christians on the basis of our observable love toward all Christians.

That’s pretty frightening. Jesus turns to the world and says, “I’ve something to say to you. On the basis of my authority, I give you a right: you may judge whether or not an individual is a Christian on the basis of the love he shows to all Christians.” In other words, if people come up to us and cast in our teeth the judgment that we are not Christians because we have not shown love toward other Christians, we must understand that they are only exercising a prerogative which Jesus gave them.

And we must not get angry. If people say, “You don’t love other Christians,” we must go home, get down on our knees and ask God whether or not they are right. And if they are, then they have a right to have said what they said.

Failure in Love

We must be very careful at this point, however. We may be true Christians, really born-again Christians, and yet fail in our love toward other Christians. As a matter of fact, to be completely realistic, it is stronger than this. There will be times (and let us say it with tears), there will be times when we will fail in our love toward each other as Christians. In a fallen world, where there is no such thing as perfection until Jesus comes, we know this will be the case. And, of course, when we fail, we must ask God’s forgiveness. But, Jesus is not here saying that our failure to love all Christians proves that we are not Christians.

Let each of us see this individually for ourselves. If I fail in

my love toward Christians, it does not prove I am not a Christian. What Jesus is saying, however, is that, if I do not have the love I should have toward all other Christians, the world has the right to make the judgment that I am not a Christian.

This distinction is imperative. If we fail in our love toward all Christians, we must not tear our heart out as though it were proof that we are lost. No one except Christ himself has ever lived and not failed. If success in love toward our brothers in Christ were to be the standard of whether or not a man is a Christian, then there would be no Christians, because all men have failed. But Jesus gives the world a piece of litmus paper, a reasonable thermometer: There is a mark which, if the world does not see, allows them to conclude, “This man is not a Christian.” Of course, the world may be making a wrong judgment because, if the man is truly a Christian, as far as the reality goes, they made a mistake.

It is true that a non-Christian often hides behind what he sees in Christians and then screams, “Hypocrites!” when in reality he is a sinner who will not face the claims of Christ. But that is not what Jesus is talking about here. Here Jesus is talking about our responsibility as individuals and as groups to so love all other true Christians that the world will have no valid reason for saying that we are not Christians.

The Final Apologetic

But there is something even more sober. And to understand it we must look at John 17:21, a verse out of the midst of Christ’s high priestly prayer. Jesus prays, “That all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.” In this, his high priestly prayer, Jesus is praying for the oneness of the church, the oneness that should be found specifically among true Christians. Jesus is not praying for a

humanistic, romantic oneness among men in general. Verse 9 makes this clear: “I pray for them. I am not praying for the world, but for those you have given me, for they are yours.” Jesus here makes a very careful distinction between those who have cast themselves upon him in faith and those who still stand in rebellion. Hence, in the 21st verse, when he prays for oneness, the “they” he is referring to are the true Christians.

Notice, however, that verse 21 says, “That they all may be one . . .” The emphasis, interestingly enough, is exactly the same as in John 13 — not on a part of true Christians, but on all Christians — not that those in certain parties in the church should be one, but that all born-again Christians should be one.

Now comes the sobering part. Jesus goes on in this 21st verse to say something that always causes me to cringe. If as Christians we do not cringe, it seems to me we are not very sensitive or very honest, because Jesus here gives us the final apologetic. What is the final apologetic? “That all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.” This is the final apologetic.

In John 13 the point was that, if an individual Christian does not show love toward other true Christians, the world has a right to judge that he is not a Christian. Here Jesus is stating something else which is much more cutting, much more profound: We cannot expect the world to believe that the Father sent the Son, that Jesus’ claims are true, and that Christianity is true, unless the world sees some reality of the oneness of true Christians.

Now that is frightening. Should we not feel some emotion at this point?

Look at it again. Jesus is not saying that Christians should judge each other (as to their being Christian or not) on this

basis. Please notice this with tremendous care. The church is to judge whether a man is a Christian on the basis of his doctrine, the propositional content of his faith, and then his credible profession of faith. When a man comes before a local church that is doing its job, he will be quizzed on the content of what he believes. If, for example, a church is conducting a heresy trial (the New Testament indicates there are to be heresy trials in the church of Christ), the question of heresy will turn on the content of the man’s doctrine. The church has a right to judge, in fact it is commanded to judge, a man on the content of what he believes and teaches.

But we cannot expect the world to judge that way, because the world cares nothing about doctrine. And that is especially true in the second half of the 20th century when, on the basis of their epistemology, men no longer believe even in the possibility of absolute truth. And if we are surrounded by a world which no longer believes in the concept of truth, certainly we cannot expect people to have any interest in whether a man’s doctrine is correct or not.

But Jesus did give the mark that will arrest the attention of the world, even the attention of the modern man who says he is just a machine. Because every man is made in the image of God and has, therefore, aspirations for love, there is something that can be in every geographical climate — in every point of time — which cannot fail to arrest his attention.

What is it? The love that true Christians show for each other and not just for their own party.

Honest Answers, Observable Love

Of course as Christians we must not minimize the need to give honest answers to honest questions. We should have an intellectual apologetic. The Bible commands it and Christ and Paul exemplify it. In the synagogue, in the marketplace, in homes

and in almost every conceivable kind of situation, Jesus and Paul discussed Christianity. It is likewise the Christian’s task to be able to give an honest answer to an honest question and then to give it.

Yet, without true Christians loving one another, Christ says the world cannot be expected to listen, even when we give proper answers. Let us be careful, indeed, to spend a lifetime studying to give honest answers. For years the orthodox, evangelical church has done this very poorly. So it is well to spend time learning to answer the questions of men who are about us. But after we have done our best to communicate to a lost world, still we must never forget that the final apologetic which Jesus gives is the observable love of true Christians for true Christians.

While it is not the central consideration that I am dealing with at this time, yet the observable love and oneness among true Christians exhibited before the world must certainly cross all the lines which divide men. The New Testament says, “Neither Greek nor barbarian, neither Jew nor Gentile, neither male nor female.”

In the church at Antioch the Christians included Jews and Gentiles and reached all the way from Herod’s foster brother to the slaves; and the naturally proud Greek Christian Gentiles of Macedonia showed a practical concern for the material needs of the Christian Jews in Jerusalem. The observable and practical love among true Christians that the world has a right to be able to observe in our day certainly should cut without reservation across such lines as language, nationalities, national frontiers, younger and older, colors of skin, levels of education and economics, accent, line of birth, the class system in any particular locality, dress, short or long hair among whites and African and non-African hairdos among blacks, the wearing of shoes and the non-wearing of shoes, cultural differentiations

and the more traditional and less traditional forms of worship.

If the world does not see this, it will not believe that Christ was sent by the Father. People will not believe only on the basis of the proper answers. The two should not be placed in antithesis. The world must have the proper answers to their honest questions, but at the same time, there must be a oneness in love between all true Christians. This is what is needed if men are to know that Jesus was sent by the Father and that Christianity is true.

False Notions Of Unity

Let us be clear, however, about what this oneness is. We can start by eliminating some false notions. First, the oneness that Jesus is talking about is not just organizational oneness. In our generation we have a tremendous push for ecclesiastical oneness. It is in the air — like German measles in a time of epidemic — and it is all about us. Human beings can have all sorts of organizational unity but exhibit to the world no unity at all.

The classic example is the Roman Catholic Church down through the ages. The Roman Catholic Church has had a great external unity — probably the greatest outward organizational unity that has ever been seen in this world, but there have been at the same time titanic and hateful power struggles between different orders within the one church. Today there is still greater difference between the classical Roman Catholicism and progressive Roman Catholicism. The Roman Catholic Church still tries to stand in organizational oneness, but there is only organizational unity, for here are two completely different religions, two different concepts of God, two different concepts of truth.

And exactly the same thing is true in the Protestant ecumenical movement. There is an attempt to bring people

together organizationally on the basis of Jesus’ statement, but there is no real unity, because two completely different religions — biblical Christianity and a “Christianity” which is no Christianity whatsoever — are involved. It is perfectly possible to have organizational unity, to spend a whole lifetime of energy on it, and yet to come nowhere near the realm that Jesus is talking about in John 17.

I do not wish to disparage proper organizational unity on a proper doctrinal basis. But Jesus is here talking about something very different, for there can be a great organizational unity without any oneness at all — even in churches that have fought for purity.

I believe very strongly in the principle and practice of the purity of the visible church, but I have seen churches that have fought for purity and are merely hotbeds of ugliness. No longer is there any observable, loving, personal relationship even in their own midst, let alone with other true Christians.

There is a further reason why one cannot interpret this unity of which Christ speaks as organizational. All Christians — “That they all may be one” — are to be one. It is obvious that there can be no organizational unity which could include all born-again Christians everywhere in the world. It is just not possible. For example, there are true, born-again Christians who belong to no organization at all. And what one organization could include those true Christians standing isolated from the outside world by persecution? Obviously organizational unity is not the answer.

There is a second false notion of what this unity involves. This is the view that evangelical Christians have often tried to escape under. Too often the evangelical has said, “Well, of course Jesus is talking here about the mystical union of the invisible church.” And then he lets it go at that and does not think about it any more — ever.

In theological terms there are, to be sure, a visible church and an invisible church. The invisible Church is the real Church — in a way, the only church that has a right to be spelled with a capital. Because it is made up of all those who have thrown themselves upon Christ as Savior, it is most important. It is Christ’s Church. As soon as I become a Christian, as soon as I throw myself upon Christ, I become a member of this Church, and there is a mystical unity binding me to all other members. True. But this is not what Jesus is talking about in John 13 and John 17, for we cannot break up this unity no matter what we do. Thus, to relate Christ’s words to the mystical unity of the invisible Church is to reduce Christ’s words to a meaningless phrase.

Third, he is not talking about our positional unity in Christ. It is true that there is a positional unity in Christ — that as soon as we accept Christ as Savior we have one Lord, one baptism, one birth (the second birth), and we are clothed with Christ’s righteousness. But that is not the point here.

Fourth, we have legal unity in Christ, but he is not talking about that. There is a beautiful and wonderful legal unity among all Christians. The Father (the judge of the universe) forensically declares, on the basis of the finished work of Christ in space, time and history, that the true moral guilt of those who cast themselves upon Christ is gone. In that fact we have a wonderful unity; but that is not what Jesus is talking about here.

It will not do for the evangelical to try to escape into the concept of the invisible Church and these other related unities. To relate these verses in John 13 and 17 merely to the existence of the invisible Church makes Jesus’ statement a nonsense statement. We make a mockery of what Jesus is saying unless we understand that he is talking about something visible.

This is the whole point: The world is going to judge whether Jesus has been sent by the Father on the basis of something that is open to observation.

True Oneness

In John 13 and 17, Jesus talks about a real seeable oneness, a practicing oneness, a practical oneness across all lines, among all true Christians.

The Christian really has a double task. He has to practice both God’s holiness and God’s love. The Christian is to exhibit that God exists as the infinite-personal God; and then he is to exhibit simultaneously God’s character of holiness and love. Not his holiness without his love: that is only harshness. Not his love without his holiness: that is only compromise. Anything that an individual Christian or Christian group does that fails to show the simultaneous balance of the holiness of God and the love of God presents to a watching world not a demonstration of the God who exists but a caricature of the God who exists.

According to the Scripture and the teaching of Christ, the love that is shown is to be exceedingly strong. It is not just something you mention in words once in a while.

Visible Love

What, then, does this love mean? How can it be made visible?

First, it means a very simple thing: It means that when I have made a mistake and when I have failed to love my Christian brother, I go to him and say, “I’m sorry.” That is first.

It may seem a letdown — that the first thing we speak of should be so simple! But if you think it is easy, you have never tried to practice it.

In our own groups, in our own close Christian communities, even in our families, when we have shown lack of love toward

another, we as Christians do not just automatically go and say we are sorry. On even the very simplest level it is never very easy.

It may sound simplistic to start with saying we are sorry and asking forgiveness, but it is not. This is the way of renewed fellowship, whether it is between a husband and wife, a parent and child, within a Christian community, or between groups. When we have shown a lack of love toward the other, we are called by God to go and say, “I’m sorry . . . I really am sorry.”

If I am not willing to say, “I’m sorry,” when I have wronged somebody else — especially when I have not loved him — I have not even started to think about the meaning of a Christian oneness which the world can see. The world has a right to question whether I am a Christian. And more than that, let me say it again, if I am not willing to do this very simple thing, the world has a right to question whether Jesus was sent from God and whether Christianity is true.

How well have we consciously practiced this? How often, in the power of the Holy Spirit, have we gone to Christians in our own group and said, “I’m sorry”? How much time have we spent reestablishing contact with those in other groups, saying to them, “I’m sorry for what I’ve done, what I’ve said, or what I’ve written”? How frequently has one group gone to another group with whom it differed and has said, “We’re sorry”? It is so important that it is, for all practical purposes, a part of the preaching of the gospel itself. The observable practice of truth and the observable practice of love go hand in hand with the proclamation of the good news of Jesus Christ.

I have observed one thing among true Christians in their differences in many countries: What divides and severs true Christian groups and Christians — what leaves a bitterness that can last for 20, 30 or 40 years (or for 50 or 60 years in a son’s

memory) — is not the issue of doctrine or belief which caused the differences in the first place. Invariably it is lack of love — and the bitter things that are said by true Christians in the midst of differences. These stick in the mind like glue. And after time passes and the differences between the Christians or the groups appear less than they did, there are still those bitter, bitter things we said in the midst of what we thought was a good and sufficient objective discussion. It is these things — these unloving attitudes and words — that cause the stench that the world can smell in the church of Jesus Christ among those who are really true Christians.

If, when we feel we must disagree as true Christians, we could simply guard our tongues and speak in love, in five or ten years the bitterness could be gone. Instead of that, we leave scars — a curse for generations. Not just a curse in the church, but a curse in the world. Newspaper headlines bear it in our Christian press, and it boils over into the secular press at times — Christians saying such bitter things about other Christians.

The world looks, shrugs its shoulders and turns away. It has not seen even the beginning of a living church in the midst of a dying culture. It has not seen the beginning of what Jesus indicates is the final apologetic — observable oneness among true Christians who are truly brothers in Christ. Our sharp tongues, the lack of love between us — not the necessary statements of differences that may exist between true Christians — these are what properly trouble the world.

How different this is from the straightforward and direct command of Jesus Christ — to show an observable oneness which may be seen by a watching world!

Forgiveness

But there is more to observable love than saying we are sorry.

There must also be open forgiveness. And though it’s hard to say, “I’m sorry,” it’s even harder to forgive. The Bible, however, makes plain that the world must observe a forgiving spirit in the midst of God’s people.

In the Lord’s prayer, Jesus himself teaches us to pray, “Forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.” Now this prayer, we must say quickly, is not for salvation. It has nothing to do with being born again, for we are born again on the basis of the finished work of Christ plus nothing. But it does have to do with a Christian’s existential, moment-by-moment experiential relationship to God. We need a once-for-all forgiveness at justification, and we need a moment-by-moment forgiveness for our sins on the basis of Christ’s work in order to be in open fellowship with God. What the Lord has taught us to pray in the Lord’s prayer should make a Christian very sober every day of his life: We are asking the Lord to open to us the experiential realities of fellowship with himself as we forgive others.

Some Christians say that the Lord’s prayer is not for this present era, but most of us would say it is. And yet at the same time we hardly think once in a year about our lack of a forgiving heart in relationship to God’s forgiving us. Many Christians rarely or never seem to connect their own lack of reality of fellowship with God with their lack of forgiveness to men, even though they may say the Lord’s prayer in a formal way over and over in their weekly Sunday worship services.

We must all continually acknowledge that we do not practice the forgiving heart as we should. And yet the prayer is “Forgive us our debts, our trespasses, as we forgive our debtors.” We are to have a forgiving spirit even before the other person expresses regret for his wrong. The Lord’s prayer does not suggest that when the other man is sorry, then we are to show a oneness by having a forgiving spirit. Rather, we are

called upon to have a forgiving spirit without the other man having made the first step. We may still say that he is wrong, but in the midst of saying that he is wrong, we must be forgiving.

We are to have this forgiving spirit not only toward Christians but toward all men. But surely if it is toward all men, it is important toward Christians.

Such a forgiving spirit registers an attitude of love toward others. But, even though one can call this an attitude, true forgiveness is observable. Believe me, you can look on a man’s face and know where he is as far as forgiveness is concerned. And the world is called on to look upon us and see whether we have love across the groups, love across party lines. Do they observe that we say, “I’m sorry,” and do they observe a forgiving heart? Let me repeat: Our love will not be perfect, but it must be substantial enough for the world to be able to observe or it does not fit into the structure of the verses in John 13 and 17. And if the world does not observe this among true Christians, the world has a right to make the two awful judgments which these verses indicate: That we are not Christians and that Christ was not sent by the Father.

When Christians Disagree

What happens, then, when we must differ with other brothers in Christ because of the need also to show forth God’s holiness either in doctrine or in life? In the matter of life, Paul clearly shows us the balance in I and II Corinthians. The same thing applies in doctrine as well.

First, in I Corinthians 5:1-5 he scolds the Corinthian church for allowing a man in the midst of fornication to stay in the church without discipline. Because of the holiness of God, because of the need to exhibit this holiness to a watching world, and because such judgment on the basis of God’s revealed

law is right in God’s sight, Paul scolds the church for not disciplining the man.

After they have disciplined him, Paul writes again to them in II Corinthians 2:6-8 and scolds them because they are not showing love toward him. These two things must stand together.

I am thankful that Paul writes this way in his first letter and his second, for here you see a passage of time. The Corinthians have taken his advice, they have disciplined the Christian, and now Paul writes to them, “You’re disciplining him, but why don’t you show your love toward him?” He could have gone on and quoted Jesus in saying, “Don’t you realize that the surrounding pagans of Corinth have a right to say that Jesus was not sent by the Father because you are not showing love to this man that you properly disciplined?”

A very important question arises at this point: How can we exhibit the oneness Christ commands without sharing in the other man’s mistakes? I would suggest a few ways by which we can practice and show this oneness even across the lines where we must differ.

Regret

First, we should never come to such difference with true Christians without regret and without tears. Sounds simple, doesn’t it? Believe me, evangelicals often have not shown it. We rush in, being very, very pleased, it would seem at times, to find other men’s mistakes. We build ourselves up by tearing other men down. This can never show a real oneness among Christians.

There is only one kind of man who can fight the Lord’s battles in anywhere near the proper way, and that is the man who by nature is unbelligerent. A belligerent man tends to do it because he is belligerent; at least it looks that way. The

world must observe that, when we must differ with each other as true Christians, we do it not because we love the smell of blood, the smell of the arena, the smell of the bullfight, but because we must for God’s sake. If there are tears when we must speak, then something beautiful can be observed.

Second, in proportion to the gravity of what is wrong between true Christians, it is important consciously to exhibit a seeable love to the world. Not all differences among Christians are equal. There are some that are very minor. Others are overwhelmingly important.

The more serious the wrongness is, the more important it is to exhibit the holiness of God, to speak out concerning what is wrong. At the same time, the more serious the differences become, the more important it becomes that we look to the Holy Spirit to enable us to show love to the true Christians with whom we must differ. If it is only a minor difference, showing love does not take much conscious consideration. But where the difference becomes really important, it becomes proportionately more important to speak for God’s holiness. And it becomes increasingly important in that place to show the world that we still love each other.

Humanly we function in exactly the opposite direction: In the less important differences we show more love toward true Christians, but as the difference gets into more important areas, we tend to show less love. The reverse must be the case: As the differences among true Christians get greater, we must consciously love and show a love which has some manifestation the world may see.

So let us consider this: Is my difference with my brother in Christ really crucially important? If so, it is doubly important that I spend time upon my knees asking the Holy Spirit, asking Christ, to do his work through me and my group, that I and we might show love even in this larger difference that we have

come to with a brother in Christ or with another group of true Christians.

Costly Love

Third, we must show a practical demonstration of love in the midst of the dilemma even when it is costly. The word love should not be just a banner. In other words, we must do whatever must be done, at whatever cost, to show this love. We must not say, “I love you,” and then — bang, bang, bang!

So often people think that Christianity is only something soft, only a kind of gooey love that loves evil equally with good. This is not the biblical position. The holiness of God is to be exhibited simultaneously with love. We must be careful therefore, not to say that what is wrong is right, whether it is in the area of doctrine or of life, in our own group or another. Anywhere what is wrong is wrong, and we have a responsibility in that situation to say that what is wrong is wrong. But the observable love must be there regardless of the cost.

The Bible does not make these things escapable. I Corinthians 6:1-7 reads,

If any of you has a dispute with another, dare he take it before the ungodly for judgment instead of before the saints? Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if you are to judge the world, are you not competent to judge trivial cases? Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more the things of this life! Therefore, if you have disputes about such matters, appoint as judges even men of little account in the church! I say this to shame you. Is it possible that there is nobody among you wise enough to judge a dispute between believers? But instead, one brother goes to law against another — and this in front of unbelievers! The very fact that you have lawsuits among you means you have been completely defeated already. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be cheated?

What does this mean? The church is not to let pass what is wrong; but the Christian should suffer practical, monetary loss to show the oneness true Christians should have rather than to go to court against other true Christians, for this would destroy such an observable oneness before the watching world. This is costly love, but it is just such practicing love that can be seen.

Paul is talking about something which is observable, something that is very real: The Christian is to show such love in the midst of a necessary difference with his brother that he is willing to suffer loss — not just monetary loss (though most Christians seem to forget all love and oneness when money gets involved) but whatever loss is involved.

Whatever the specifics are, there is to be a practical demonstration of love appropriate to a particular place. The Bible is a strong and down-to-earth book.

A fourth way we can show and exhibit love without sharing in our brother’s mistake is to approach the problem with a desire to solve it, rather than with a desire to win. We all love to win. In fact, there is nobody who loves to win more than the theologian. The history of theology is all too often a long exhibition of a desire to win.

But we should understand that what we are working for in the midst of our difference is a solution — a solution that will give God the glory, that will be true to the Bible, but will exhibit the love of God simultaneously with his holiness. What is our attitude as we sit down to talk to our brother or as group meets with group to discuss differences? A desire to come out on top? To play one-up-manship? If there is any desire for love whatsoever, every time we discuss a difference,

we will desire a solution and not just that we can be proven right.

The Difference of Differences

A fifth way in which we can show a practicing, observable love to the world without sharing in our brother’s mistake is to realize, to keep consciously before us and to help each other be aware, that it is easy to compromise and to call what is wrong right, but that it is equally easy to forget to exhibit our oneness in Christ. This attitude must be constantly and consciously developed — talked about and written about in and among our groups and among ourselves as individuals.

In fact, this must be talked about and written about before differences arise between true Christians. We have conferences about everything else. Who has ever heard of a conference to consider how true Christians can exhibit in practice a fidelity to the holiness of God and yet simultaneously exhibit in practice a fidelity to the love of God before a watching world? Whoever heard of sermons or writings which carefully present the practice of two principles which at first seem to work against each other: (1) the principle of the practice of the purity of the visible church in regard to doctrine and life and (2) the principle of the practice of an observable love and oneness among all true Christians?

If there is no careful preaching and writing about these things, are we so foolish as to think that there will be anything beautiful in practice when differences between true Christians must honestly be faced?

Before a watching world an observable love in the midst of difference will show a difference between Christians’ differences and other men’s differences. The world may not understand what the Christians are disagreeing about, but they will very quickly understand the difference of our differences from

the world’s differences if they see us having our differences in an open and observable love on a practical level.

That is different. Can you see why Jesus said this was the thing that would arrest the attention of the world? You cannot expect the world to understand doctrinal differences, especially in our day when the existence of true truth and absolutes are considered unthinkable even as concepts.

We cannot expect the world to understand that on the basis of the holiness of God we are having a different kind of difference because we are dealing with God’s absolutes. But when they see differences among true Christians who also show an observable unity, this will open the way for them to consider the truth of Christianity and Christ’s claim that the Father did send the Son.

As a matter of fact, we have a greater possibility of showing what Jesus is speaking about here in the midst of our differences, than we do if we are not differing. Obviously we ought not to go out looking for differences among Christians: There are enough without looking for more. But even so it is in the midst of a difference that we have our golden opportunity. When everything is going well and we are all standing around in a nice little circle, there is not much to be seen by the world. But when we come to the place where there is a real difference and we exhibit uncompromised principles but at the same time observable love, then there is something that the world can see, something they can use to judge that these really are Christians, and that Jesus has indeed been sent by the Father.

Love In Practice

Let me give two beautiful examples of such observable love. One happened among the Brethren groups in Germany immediately after the last war.

In order to control the church, Hitler commanded the union of all religious groups in Germany, drawing them together by law. The Brethren divided over this issue. Half accepted Hitler’s dictum and half refused. The ones who submitted, of course, had a much easier time, but gradually in this organizational oneness with the liberal groups their own doctrinal sharpness and spiritual life withered. On the other hand, the group that stayed out remained spiritually virile, but there was hardly a family in which someone did not die in a German concentration camp.

Now can you imagine the emotional tension? The war is over, and these Christian brothers face each other again. They had the same doctrine and they had worked together for more than a generation. Now what is going to happen? One man remembers that his father died in a concentration camp and knows that these people over here remained safe. But people on the other side have deep personal feelings as well.

Then gradually these brothers came to know that this situation just would not do. A time was appointed when the elders of the two groups could meet together in a certain quiet place. I asked the man who told me this, “What did you do?” And he said, “Well, I’ll tell you what we did. We came together, and we set aside several days in which each man would search his own heart.” Here was a real difference; the emotions were deeply, deeply stirred. “My father has gone to the concentration camp; my mother was dragged away.” These things are not just little pebbles on the beach; they reach into the deep well-springs of human emotions. But these people understood the command of Christ at this place, and for several days every man did nothing except search his own heart concerning his own failures and the commands of Christ. Then they met together.

I asked the man, “What happened then?”

And he said, “We just were one.”

To my mind, this is exactly what Jesus speaks about. The Father has sent the Son!

Divided But One

The principle we are talking about is universal, applicable in all times and places. Let me, then, give you a second illustration — a different practice of the same principle.

I have been waiting for years for a time when two groups of born-again Christians, who for good reasons find it impossible to work together, separate without saying bitter things against each other. I have long longed for two groups who would continue to show a love to the watching world when they came to the place where organizational unity seemed no longer possible between them.

Theoretically, of course, every local church ought to be able to minister to the whole spectrum of society. But in practice we must acknowledge that in certain places it becomes very difficult. The needs of different segments of society are different.

Recently a problem of this nature arose in a church in a large city in the Midwest in the United States. A number of people attuned to the modern age were going to a certain church, but the pastor gradually concluded that he was not able to preach and minister to the two groups. Some men can, but he personally did not find it possible to minister to the whole spectrum of his congregation — the long-haired ones and the far-out people they brought, and, at the same time, the people of the surrounding neighborhood.

The example of observable love I am going to present now must not be taken as an “of course” situation in our day. In our generation the lack of love can easily cut both ways: A middle-class people can all too easily be snobbish and unloving

against the long-haired Christians, and the long-haired Christians can be equally snobbish and unloving against the short-haired Christians.

After trying for a long time to work together, the elders met and decided that they would make two churches. They made it very plain that they were not dividing because their doctrine was different; they were dividing as a matter of practicability. One member of the old session went to the new group. They worked under the whole session to make an orderly transition. Now they have two churches and they are consciously practicing love toward each other.

Here is a lack of organizational unity that is a true love and unity which the world may observe. The Father has sent the Son!

I want to say with all my heart that as we struggle with the proper preaching of the gospel in the midst of the 20th century, the importance of observable love must come into our message. We must not forget the final apologetic. The world has a right to look upon us as we, as true Christians, come to practical differences and it should be able to observe that we do love each other. Our love must have a form that the world may observe; it must be seeable.

The One True Mark

Let us look again at the biblical texts which so clearly indicate the mark of the Christian:

A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another. (John 12:34-35)

That all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. (John 17:21)

What then shall we conclude but that as the Samaritan loved the wounded man, we as Christians are called upon to love all men as neighbors, loving them as ourselves. Second, that we are to love all true Christian brothers in a way that the world may observe. This means showing love to our brother in the midst of our differences — great or small — loving our brothers when it costs us something, loving them even under times of tremendous emotional tension, loving them in a way the world can see. In short, we are to practice and exhibit the holiness of God and the love of God, for without this we grieve the Holy Spirit.

Love — and the unity it attests to — is the mark Christ gave Christians to wear before the world. Only with this mark may the world know that Christians are indeed Christians and that Jesus was sent by the Father.

RFID keeps getting smaller. On February 13, Hitachi unveiled a tiny, new “powder” type RFID chip measuring 0.05 x 0.05 mm — the smallest yet — which they aim to begin marketing in 2 to 3 years…At 5 microns thick, the RFID chips can more easily be embedded in sheets of paper, meaning they can be used in paper currency, gift certificates and identification.

But since existing tags are already small enough to embed in paper, it leads one to wonder what new applications the developers have in mind.

Being the weaetherman I wanted to show you the weather here! It's blustery! I'm back from India now, been working a lot this past 3 weeks but just lost a job! 1. I'm really proud of each of you who are hearing from the Lord and putting His counsel into action in your lives. I hope you've found the prayer and prophecy questions included in many of the recent GNs helpful. The Lord can give you so much specific personal shepherding if you ask Him. I realize that it's a struggle to find time to fit it in, as we're all very busy, and the Enemy fights hard to keep us from having the time to spend with our Husband and Shepherd. But it's really worth it, and it is in fact pretty much the only way to know how to apply all that the Lord is pouring out and benefit from it to the extent necessary in your personal life.

2. In this GN I want to share with you some excerpts of the Lord's answers to individuals when they asked Him about the influences of Pan and Bacchus in their life. (The messages in this GN are about how to recognize and resist the influences of Pan, and the ones in Post–it GN #4 are about how to recognize and fight Bacchus.) These are compiled from our WS Homes, as well as some that were sent to us from field Homes and other Service Homes.

3. The Lord said that we were set free from Pan and Bacchus and Selvegion and Lethargy when we unitedly asked Him for deliverance during the fast. However, He also said that we would need to continue to be on guard and learn more about how these evil beings found entrance to our lives and Homes, so that we can keep them from gaining entrance again. Specifically about the influence of Pan and Bacchus the Lord said, "Pan and Bacchus are a very real presence in the spirit world at this time. They are part of the Enemy's increased attack. They have been granted greater power, and they are out to kill. My children of David are an especially prized target because of the great damage that they do to the kingdom of Satan and the souls that they steal from his grasp. So My children must be warned‚ they must be aware."

4. Please ask the Lord to speak to your heart as you read His counsel and the exposé of how these demons operate and the ways they try to find entrance. After you've read the Lord's counsel, please take time to ask Him to speak to you personally regarding what you need to be most aware of‚ or anything that you haven't understood clearly that relates to your personal life.

5. The picture that most of these excerpts paint is not a pretty one. It's an exposé. Please see it as such and be thankful for the Lord's honest shepherding and how much He has revealed to us, so that we can be aware and on guard.

6. Precious Husband, open our hearts and minds right now to receive Your truth. We call on the power of the keys against Pan and anything he would do to try to prevent us from receiving Your Words of truth. We want to see these two minions of Satan through the eyes of the spirit, and become more aware of how they fight us and how we can be more effective in resisting them and staying free of their influence. Make us receptive and open to You and Your voice of conviction and wisdom. Help us to become wiser through Your Words and more aware of the Enemy's devices‚ not only for our own sake, but for the sake of those who You want us to bring to You. Thank You, sweet Love.

Stay True!

7. (Jesus speaking:) The main area in which you've compromised is not only by not holding to My Words closely enough, but also through not rejecting and casting aside all that goes against My teachings, which is equally as important to Me. Have I not said, "Wherefore come out from among them‚ and be ye separate, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you"?

8. The Enemy is always looking for a way to get you to compromise in order to weaken you, your beliefs and convictions, with the goal to ultimately render you useless to Me. One of the tactics he's using most these days is that of compromise in what you believe and accept, trying to trick you into thinking that you can believe and do My will and what I say, but at the same time rebel against being what he likes to call "narrow-minded," and getting you to accept beliefs, doctrines or lifestyles that go against My Word—or at least not actively shunning and rejecting them.

9. The spirit of so-called "open-mindedness" and "anything goes" that is so prevalent in the world today is a ploy of the Enemy; it's the spirit of compromise, the spirit of Pan. My Word is clear and remains true and the same: You cannot serve God and mammon. You cannot do both. You cannot please both Me and the world, for we are at great odds with each other.

10. Pan is viciously attacking you, My children. He seeks to blur the lines of good and evil, right and wrong, with his lies and half–truths; this is his mission. He is the spirit of confusion. He is a liar seeking to ensnare and trick you into accepting just about anything and everything, thus causing you to compromise.

11. You must be more vigilant‚ more on guard, more wary, faithfully measuring everything by the yardstick of My Word. You must walk more circumspectly. "Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it."

12. As time goes on I will be calling you, My bride‚ out more and more that you might be separate unto Me, clean and pure. I'm calling you out from the world. I'm requiring you to shun the things of the world‚ to not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers, to follow My example.

13. Was I accepted by the world? Was I politically correct? Did My sayings and teachings sit well with the world? Did everything I said make perfect sense to everyone? Was it all understood and accepted by others? Was I understood, respected, and loved by all? No! Did it matter? No! I had a job to do, I had the truth to give‚ and I was determined to give it no matter what. Many of My sayings were hard sayings that cut people to the heart‚ and many walked with Me no more because of them. I was despised, rejected‚ and hated of men, and so will you be.

14. As the days grow darker and iniquity abounds, you, My children, and the world will be increasingly unable to reconcile with each other. There will be no two ways about it. You have the light of truth‚ you know right from wrong, you have My commandments. Let not the Enemy confuse and deceive you into compromising.

15. You must be more vigilant and careful now. You must begin readying yourself now by holding to My Words of truth ever so closely and by guarding your heart and mind. You must be committed to believe and obey all that I have said, even if you don't understand it all.

16. Stay true to My Words of truth and be committed to stand by and up for them no matter what. Even if you don't understand everything, even if some things seem a bit extreme or even strange, you must be committed to follow Me where'er I lead. Your highest desire must be to please Me and to obey, even if you don't understand it all, for understanding is the reward of obedience.

17. Hold to My Words of truth and be not deceived‚ but be prepared. And you will be if you are faithfully living in My Words, for then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free from the great confusion that is falling on all the world.

18. Stay dropped out. Stay vigilant in spirit. Be My dropped–out disciple, one who follows My teachings closely. Stay clean and pure through receiving, believing, and obeying My Word‚ and so shall you be prepared to do all that I would have you do.

19. In order to pass the big tests, you must first pass the little ones. In order to be able to stand strong for Me in the big things, you must first stand strong in the little ones. You are My bride, the bride of Christ; therefore be wise, be sober‚ be vigilant.

20. Keep yourself for Me alone. Stay true to Me in all things. Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. Keep your heart with all diligence. Touch not the unclean thing, but rather refuse and reject it, and so will I receive you. I love you. (End of message from Jesus.)

Stay on Fire and Alive for Me!

21. (Jesus speaking:) You have let Pan deceive you into the age-old trap of worshiping the mind and logic. This is one thing that you really need to fight against, as cold, calculating logic so fights against the freedom and fire of My Spirit.

22. You recall stories and incidents where you feel wisdom and discretion and a little plain common sense were thrown to the wind due to overabundant enthusiasm, and yes, it is true that there were times when people acted unwisely because they were carried away with inspiration.

23. But don't let that judgmental logic reason you into a total state of inactivity, which results in everything going to the opposite extreme. Sure, in retrospect there were things that could have been handled more wisely, but don't let Pan come in and tell you that all fire is "out," and that wise, logical conformity is "in."

24. If the Family had started with that calm, cool, collected approach‚ it never would have gotten anywhere! It was that fire and do-or-die dedication that attracted people. It was that zeal that made the world stop and take notice! So don't ever lose it or you're done for. Don't let Pan deceive you into thinking that cool‚ carnal reasoning is the way to go. Too Much Questioning

And Too Little Accepting

25. (Jesus speaking: ) Too much questioning and too little accepting! Pray desperately every time you read, and rebuke this arch-demon that seeks to destroy your mind and your service for Me! Pray and call upon the power of the keys for faith, and that I will help you to believe My Word with all your heart. (End of message from Jesus.)

Pan Seeks to Get in During the Interim

26. (Jesus speaking:) The influences of Pan in your life are apparent through the doubts and questions that you have made room for in your heart. Pan has stolen the childlike faith of many—including yours. Many years ago you made the decision to stop taking everything in My Word by childlike faith. You wanted to analyze things. You wanted to see some sort of proof. You knew that My Word is truth, but you wanted to be able to prove it to yourself and others.

27. This is not necessarily wrong. You have a curious mind, and you like to be full of faith for whatever you believe. If you go about getting this conviction by studying My Word and being filled up on the subject, asking others in faith how it has worked for them, that's good.

28. But Pan seeks to get in during the interim—between the time that you start questioning and the time that you are able to seek Me about your questions, or ask your shepherds, or research My Word. He gets in during that period and sows confusion and mayhem. He poses further questions and tells you not to ask Me or your shepherds. He tries to make you feel that the doubts were always with you, until you forget what was a newly acquired mindset and what was originally placed there by Me through your parents and godly upbringing. Pan's Enticement of Knowledge

29. (Jesus speaking:) Pan and Bacchus, how have they influenced your life? The first things that come to your mind are such activities as reading novels‚ card playing, and drinking. The truth is that the influence of these demons is far more subtle and widespread, especially the influence of Pan, who is the more deceptive, for his evil deeds are coated with the "good intentions" of pride. The spirit of Satan is the spirit of pride itself, and these who are his minions seek to promote pride, and Pan has achieved this in the greatest way. He promotes self, self-importance‚ the bettering of one's self, the glory of one's own mind and ways.

30. He has sought to entice you with knowledge and higher learning, and in general encouraged an overall curiosity for all that might be new and interesting. He wants you to just take it all in‚ without discerning or carefully selecting. He wants you to think, "The more knowledge I have, the better." For he knows that the more he can clutter your mind with his evil or even just useless information, the less you will fill your mind with that which is pure, that which is godly, that which strengthens you spiritually.

31. He causes you to be interested in that which is "spiritual," yet which is not of My Spirit, and therefore which he knows is not going to strengthen you spiritually—but will instead confuse you or weaken you. He seeks to arouse an interest in other religions, in the dark side‚ the evil side, the witches and wizards who worship the spirits of the earth, and tempts you to look for the good in these. This has caused your convictions to be weakened, because you have allowed your mind to be "trained," as it were‚ in looking for the good in other things besides the pure truth.

32. There is a point to understanding and having a basic knowledge about other forms of belief, so that if you are witnessing to someone with such a belief, you have some premise on which to relate to them. But other than that, there is no good purpose—just the evil purposes of confusion and cluttering your mind and heart with that which is false, leaving less room for the pure truth.

33. You have not thrown yourself into studying these other beliefs, but neither have you seen your curiosity and interest as dangerous. You just think of yourself as wanting to be informed and up on what's going on in the world and being knowledgeable and understanding in these matters. But understanding or knowledge without purpose is dangerous. You should begin to question your desires and interests and curiosities more carefully. You should ask yourself, "Is looking this up or reading about this going to help me? Is it going to make me a stronger disciple or witness? Is it going to strengthen my convictions? Or is it going to bring in compromise or doubt?"

34. You think of yourself as being stronger than you are, and tend to think that just "surface knowledge" of something, without getting "into it," is not harmful to you. Your problem is that you measure things not by My standard but by that of others. You also think to yourself, "Well, there are others who are into much worse things‚ so I'm doing okay." That's an off-center measuring stick, and one that I want you to stop using. (End of message from Jesus)

Seeing the True Value in Others

35. (Jesus speaking:) Pan has caused you to idolize knowledge and people who have a lot of knowledge. You have a much greater respect for those who are intellectual or educated than those who are simple. You admire the simplicity that you see in some, such as your king and queen, for example, but overall‚ when you look at a person in your Home or in the Family, you consider those who have been well educated or who are naturally intelligent or are intellectual as being on a higher level.

36. You desire to be thought of in this way too, and therefore strive to be knowledgeable about as much as possible, to be informed, to be "intellectual" in the sense of being questioning and cynical. One of the things that you look down on more than anything is someone who is too "simple," who seems to be rather "dumb" or "slow," or who is gullible or too much of a follower. You tend to disassociate from such people or at least look down on them.

37. This may not seem to be such a problem, but it is a warping of your mind that affects other areas of your life as well. It can affect your unity because you don't want to work with or listen to someone who you consider isn't smart or bright. It can affect your ability to work with or under others, or to be shepherded, if you're just looking at someone in the flesh and not in the spirit. You can miss out on receiving helpful input or shepherding from someone because you see yourself as above them because you're "smarter."

38. Last but not least, it's damaging to your own spiritual condition to look at people this way because it ministers to your pride. It's a carnal mindset; it's looking at people in the flesh rather than seeing things in the spirit.

39. Everyone has been given different gifts and abilities, and intelligence and the gift of knowledge is one of those abilities, but it is not an ability that is superior to others. When you realize this, you will see yourself and others in a different light than you have before. It will greatly change your mindset and enable you to be far more spiritually minded, as well as less likely to compare yourself with others, or compare others with others. It will make you less critical of others who you have looked down on, and will also make you more willing to assert your own gifts and talents in the presence of others who you have felt intimidated around.

40. Mental abilities and talents are just one part of a person's makeup‚ and your views about people don't need to be boxed in by that one aspect of life. It's very limiting. It's very confining. And it twists and warps so much.

41. This is one of the main influences of Pan that I would have you pray against, this measuring people by their intelligence and seeing that as superior to all other talents or attributes. Losing this very wrong mindset will change your life in many ways. It will help you to be more spiritually minded, more tolerant, more compassionate, and less desirous of worldly input overall. Don't Let Doubts Pass!

42. (Jesus speaking: ) Pan seeks entrance in your life through your mind to cause you to question and to doubt My simple truth. You have not been as faithful as you should in coming to Me whenever you have a question or whenever a doubt is placed in your mind; instead you have opted to just let it pass rather than going on the attack against such attacks.

43. You feel that it's normal that you would face doubts at some time or that you would be hit with the filth and lies of the Enemy. Yet on your own you are not strong enough to fight off these doubts just by willing them away or by trying to stay strong and not letting them affect you. These doubts are real and they do have power to affect and to afflict you, yet I am greater and I will not allow you to be hurt by them as you come to Me to receive My cleansing Words.

44. You have been naïve in your thinking that these were just random attacks or just a scattershot attack, for it was an all-out attack on your soul by the arch-demon Pan. Wake up and see these attacks for what they are! They are the very attack and attempt of the Evil One to destroy your usefulness to Me and to stop your service to Me and the Family. It is not just a little freedom here or there or a little wanting to try this or that, but it is an all-out attack on your heart and mind to forsake your calling and to drop out of My Endtime army, to become a deserter!

45. I know you didn't see things as such‚ but this is the end goal of Pan—to take you out of My service. This is why I have said that you must stay close to Me and to My Word or else you are doomed to defeat. However slowly it happens‚ this is the end result. It has happened even to the strongest top leaders when they lost their connection with Me and chose to follow their own arm of the flesh rather than stay desperate and dependent upon Me.

46. The secret is to stay desperate and nothing in your own sight, to constantly acknowledge your need for Me and your inability to do anything without Me. Don't make a move without My guidance or counsel, and stay humble by confessing your need for Me and others. It is the road of humility that will keep you on the right path, close to Me and out of the clutches of the Evil One. (End of message from Jesus.)

Resenting Correction

47. (Jesus speaking:) Pan, as the demon that has dominion over the mind, can influence what you say and how you react to certain situations. For example‚ when you receive correction or something happens that makes you upset, Pan is the one that whispers in your ear to snap back with a nasty comment or to grow very angry.

48. He is the one that tells you to feel spite toward correction, to not receive it and to resent it. You must realize that it is the voice of Pan, and therefore the voice of the Devil. You must resist him. He has no power over those who openly claim My Word and command him to flee. He is puny. He only appears to make himself look big and powerful to those who yield to his mindsets.

49. But rebuke him and resist him! Call on the power of the keys to cast him back to where he came from! Pray desperately and ask Me to rid you of him completely and forever. Then you can begin to do better in those areas that Pan has inflicted damage upon. Remember, you have complete power over him through Me. (End of message from Jesus)

The Spirit of Contrariness

50. (Jesus speaking:) One of Pan's avenues of entrance that works on you is the spirit of being contrary. You champion unpopular views, just to be contrary and "not the norm." Some may say that being contrary and rebellious in those ways is just a simple trait of youth. But you must be aware that Pan is the enemy of youth, especially you of the children of David, and his netherworld power is enhanced when he fights against the young. He fights you hard and will use anything possible to turn you away from Me, and one of the ways he does this is through encouraging you to be contradictory and contrary about the standard and the things which are in My Word.

51. When you were younger, and even now to some extent, you let him in by speaking his thoughts and letting his contrary spirit make you say things that you didn't even believe, simply to be contrary. You would make comments justifying bad movies, bad people, bad attitudes, bad thoughts, bad decisions, bad music, just because you wanted to be different. This is Pan's hand in your life, that little rebellious feeling like you want to say something contrary, just to contradict. That's him trying to use you as a tool of the Enemy's thoughts and words. Open-mindedness—Pan's Old Tune

52. (Jesus speaking: ) Pan has worked to try to get you to open your mind to him. You have listened to him as he has piped supposed sweet music to your ears, and you have opened your mind to him and have been afflicted with his "open-minded" trip. Oh, this is an old trip, for there are many examples in My Word of Pan playing the same tune to those who watched and beheld My servants following and speaking the things I gave.

53. It wasn't very open-minded of Noah to build the biggest boat anyone had ever seen, on dry land, and not heed the cries of those about him that it was foolishness and folly, was it? It wasn't very open-minded of Elijah to call down fire from Heaven to oppose the ideas of the priests of Baal, was it? It wasn't open-minded of Elijah to tell Jezebel that she and her followers were doomed to years of famine and pestilence because they served a god other than Me.

54. This attack of Pan has been around for many years, and My prophets have had to defy him through the ages. He's been piping the same tune for generations upon generations. He's an old piper and his lies have been circulating for many a year. Why do you think he's such a powerful demon? It's because his methods have had success, and Satan keeps promoting him to where he now sits on his council and is a god of this world. The world worships him because they worship the mind of man. This is his domain‚ and while he dupes the world with his open-minded crap, he fills their open heads with his lies and garbage. (End of message from Jesus.)

Dad on Open-Mindedness!

55. (Dad speaking:) There is no such thing as open–mindedness when it comes to receiving or rejecting the truth! You either receive the truth of the Lord and reject the Devil's lies; or conversely‚ you receive the Devil's lies and reject the Lord's truth. You cannot hold on to both because they are in continual conflict. Whatever the Lord says, the Devil must say otherwise. Whatever the Devil says, the Lord has already said the opposite. So you cannot serve two masters; either you will hold to the one and despise the other, or you will hate the one and love the other. There is no middle of the road!

56. This open-minded trash makes me furious! Oh, this makes me so angry I want to strangle the Devil! God damn Pride! God damn Pan! God damn Lucifer and his minions! I am worked up and angry about this! Why aren't you? God help you to wake up and see the error of your ways!

57. The Family is duped by Satan's chief imps, and he is laughing as he packs more shit into their heads! God have mercy on us! I want you to wake up! I want you to close your mind! Forget all this "free your mind" nonsense! It's such rubbish, how can you believe it?

58. Where's your do–or-die spirit? Where's your all-or-nothing–at-all heart? Huh? The Lord made you a fighter! Why the hell are you in the shit pits of Satan mulling over and eating his garbage? The Lord has called you out of those cesspools, but you insist on swimming in them, thinking that just because you're keeping your eyes and mouth shut that you're safe.

59. God damn the idiocy of the Devil! He's the biggest idiot! Do you know where that word comes from? It comes from being ignorant, and in his case, to become so diabolically ignorant he had to ignore the truth and foster lies in his own heart. Oh, God deliver us from these attacks of the Devil! Relearn the Art of Fighting the Enemy!

60. (Jesus speaking:) You can fight Pan by rebuking him in the spirit and telling him that if necessary‚ you are willing to believe My Words even without fully understanding them. This is exactly the opposite of what Pan wants, and it frustrates him greatly! But as you rebuke him and as you take steps to resist the temptation to analyze and nitpick My Words, you can expect to be fought even harder! So don't be surprised if you're tempted to analyze even more, and are hit with doubts you never thought of! When it comes‚ instead of getting discouraged about it, realize that it's an outside attack of the Enemy and that some good old-fashioned rebuking the Enemy will throw a serious monkey wrench into Pan's plans!

61. You must relearn the art of fighting the Enemy! You must learn to rebuke him with indignation and in a very specific way! This is part of becoming revolutionary once again. The Enemy will fight you tooth and nail‚ because the last thing he wants is for you to be on fire for Me and on guard in the spirit. But that's exactly what you need to do. When you lose the revolutionary spirit, you are open to the influence of the spirit of the modern world.

Knowledge from Heaven!

62. (Jesus speaking: ) You must stand strong and claim the Word and cling to it. Pan will try to get you to throw away your faith and your crown by letting in a host of other outside opinions. He will try to get you to accept that the System has a great deal to offer, that you must follow in some of their ways, that the Family is cutting itself off from success by being so closed. But that is not the case. I bring the Family to different points at different times, and if I show the Family to adopt a practice or method that has been in use by the System for some time, that does not mean that the Family should have adopted it long ago. You must just believe My Word and the prophets, that they are following My timetable, and that I know what is best.

63. This is the main battle that you must fight: To not let Pan into the corners of your mind with his subtle persuasion of being open-minded, of being apt to learn‚ of not being so sheltered and isolated, not so closed off. This is a deadly attack, and one which many young people are falling for. It is a hard one to resist, because the natural pride of man wants so much to be all-knowing‚ understanding, to not appear to be cloistered or secluded from knowledge, especially not to cut oneself off from it purposely.

64. But My way is the opposite. Seek to keep yourself pure in My sight, and all the goodly, godly riches and knowledge from Heaven will be opened unto you. (End of message from Jesus.)

Close Your Mind to Pan's Garbage!

65. (Jesus speaking:) Open-mindedness is common to youth, especially some Family youth‚ and this is due to a direct assault of Pan. He tries to belittle the strong beliefs that come with discipleship and instead tries to get you to be worldly, open-minded‚ and tolerant of evil.

66. He likes to make you think that you're being fair, just, willing to learn and not so brittle and stuck in a mindset, but really he cheats you because he doesn't open your mind to everything, only that which he wants to allow. If he had his way he'd open your mind to the world and shut out the godly things of the spirit!

67. Look at that word‚ "open-mindedness." It means your mind is open. And who controls the principality of the Devil's attacks on the mind? Pan does. So nothing would please him better than an open mind—an open mind just ready and waiting to be filled by him. Ugh!

68. Resist him, steadfast in the faith! Close your mind to the Devil's garbage and sink your mind into the waters of My Spirit! Don't listen to Pan's lies and confusions that tell you that you need to be open to various System opinions, thoughts, mindsets, and lifestyles. Don't let him tell you that it's uncool and conservative to be so "religious" and "closed-minded." Thank God that you can be closed-minded to the wrong things! Close your mind to Pan and his deviltry, and open your mind to Me and My Heavenly wisdom, truths, and insights!

69. As with all of the Devil's kingdom, Pan is, at best, a pretender. He knows this, and is inferior. At the heart of each demon is the knowledge that they are inferior to Me, to the real thing. Why else do you think he wishes to overcompensate by coming in such a fair form‚ bejeweled and gold-encrusted? He hopes to dazzle you so that you will not look closely to see that his wisdom is paltry sticks and mud compared to My treasure storehouses of truth. He is nothing, and I have much‚ much more to give you! A mind that is yielded to Me can be so much more powerful and enlightened than one that is yielded to Pan. So do not allow him entrance. Pan Minimizes the Word

70. (Jesus speaking:) Pan has tried to cause you to gloss over the importance of My Word in your life. He has sought to cloud your mind, to cause you to lose sight of the magnitude of My Words and their paramount importance in your life. He has not been able to cause you to outright doubt or analyze, but he has caused you to belittle My Word in your mind and to not give it the due respect and importance in your life that it deserves.

71. When you think that other things are more important than My Word or spending time with Me, this is Pan influencing you. He is playing with your mind, making you think that whatever else you think you need to do is more important than swimming in the waters of My Word. When you read something that should spur you into action to change, or motivate you to grow or progress, but then you don't, or you minimize it, or you put it off, this is Pan influencing your mind. He twists and distorts the truth. He minimizes My Words and makes you think that you know better. This is one of his tricks to try to draw you away from Me and My Word. (End of message from Jesus.)

Comparing

72. (Jesus speaking:) Pan has influenced your way of thinking in that you feel that you have to be brainy‚ you have to try to be and sound intelligent, and he seriously makes you compare your intellectual attributes with those around you. He makes you belittle the gifts I have given you. He makes you look at all that you don't have and wish to have in the way of worldly knowledge, saying cool things and being in the "in" crowd.

73. When you boil it down, what it basically is, is compromise. It's letting go of all that you have learned and all the standards that you have previously held, in order not to sound self-righteous or condescending. Of course‚ you shouldn't be those things either, but there is a basic Family standard that you have to live up to if you want to be a Family member. You need to stop and ask yourself, "What is my standard? What is the standard in the Word that I want to live up to?" And then live by that, stick to it, and in a loving, non-self-righteous way try to help those who you live and fellowship with to do the same.

74. Don't let Pan have control over you through his spirit of compromise, through his telling you that you won't be cool or accepted, or through his power over the mind and his worship of the mind which makes you feel like everyone is so much more knowledgeable in the ways of the world than you. Fight him and rebuke him and seek to please Me, and I will take care of making you fit in and helping you to feel a part of things, and I will take care of all your needs. I am much better able to do that for you than Pan is‚ believe Me. (End of message from Jesus.)

Don't Let in the Distortions!

75. (Jesus speaking:) Pan can influence your life through movies‚ through fashion, and through thinking that these things matter. It's nice to have fun clothing, to enjoy the movies‚ but the mindsets that come along with it, that "thin is beautiful, chunky or plump are ugly, and nothing else but thin will do" is certainly an attitude of the Enemy.

76. Don't let Pan come in with his lies, deceit, and distortions of the truth and the way that you really are, which is beautiful in My sight, to make you think that you're ugly, fat, and all his horrible lies that make you so sad and depressed, almost to the point of wishing to give up on life. Children

77. (Jesus speaking:) It's good that you've been bringing your mindset about children before Me, for this was one very big way in which Pan has influenced your life. He is against love‚ marriage‚ children, and all of these things, so of course he used his subtle means to cause you to have a very strong wrong attitude about such things.

78. Children are a gift from My hand, and as you do what I have shown you, as you step out to help care more for this little one in your Home and offer to take him for parent times or whatever, this will certainly help to change your mindset.

79. As you strive to not think badly or pity the parents because they have a child, this will also help. Pray for them‚ but they need no pity, for they have been blessed with a priceless possession—a child—and this is something that they are proud of. I have blessed them. I have given them a love gift like none other, and this is something to rejoice over.

80. So rejoice with them! Care for their child and love it as if it were your own, and then you will feel the parents' love that they have for this child, and you will see that even if it gets sick‚ cries all night, or is naughty sometimes, it is still a gift of My love, and the joy and love far outweigh the pain and tiredness. Negativity and Depression

81. (Jesus speaking:) Now that Pan's bluff has been called and his name revealed, cast him away by name by calling on the power of the keys of the Kingdom! Pan is the main demon who's been attacking you for so long. Rebuke Pan by name, in My Name, and he will have to flee.

82. Pan has attacked you with strong negativity. This has been your long-standing NWO and it has almost snuffed out your light and your usefulness so many times. Lately you've gained major victories in this area‚ but you have many battles yet to fight.

83. Pan has been the author of the times in your life when you have been under the heavy cloud of depression. He's found that this one has really worked with you. He's taught you to love the comfort of self-pity and has fought hard to make you feel like I don't love you.

84. Pan has taunted you by telling you that you're a big rotten sinner and useless in My Kingdom. Though you have sinned and come short of My glory, you are a chosen instrument. It's not because of your good works that I've chosen you‚ but because I love you and have ordained it that you will bring forth much fruit. But how can you do this if you don't actively believe it? And so Pan makes you doubt your place in My heart and in My Kingdom.

85. Pan has tempted you with the wrong things and then has condemned you for thinking these thoughts. He's brought a fierce, heavy battleground to your mind. It's Pan that has pestered you much. Because Pan knows how much I love you and need you, he has actively set out to cloud your mind with the plague of analyzing and with distorted confusions that even you had no clue as to their origins. He's attacked you time and again with doubts about My love for you, and that has put a strain on and at times rocked the very foundation of your faith and trust in Me.

86. Pan has tried to get you to hide from the water of My love for you by trying to get you to despise Me for the dark clouds in your life. These are the very clouds you have needed most, for they have carried the water to your cracked heart and have softened you. It's My loving rain in your life that has kept you clean and soft and malleable. Pan hasn't wanted you to recognize the water of My love from the rain clouds as the protection that they are. The clouds have shielded you from the hot sun that would parch your heart and harden it.

87. Pan has been the biggest thorn in the spirit in your life. The only way you can get rid of him is to defy him, resist him, rebuke him, refuse to listen to him‚ and quit fearing him! Through My Name you have power over Pan, and you can command him what to do. Pan can't stand My Name, for there is such power in it. So when you rebuke him, do so in My Name. Like the Devil, Pan can't win unless you surrender. (End of message from Jesus.)

Victory Over Life-Threatening Depression!

88. (Jesus speaking: ) Pan wants to depress you and make you sad, with his ultimate goal being to pervert you and turn you away from Me. His power gets stronger and stronger over you if you let him in for one moment, because once he can get his nose in, he starts taking hold and wraps his arms around you and starts squeezing harder and harder.

89. That's why you find such difficulty in shaking the depression once it sets in. It's not that you can't fight. It's not that you can't wield the weapons. It's just that he has been very strong in your life with depression and schizophrenia to where you almost are two people—the one that wants to rise above, and the one that is in the throes of severe, life-threatening depression.

90. You should specifically ask for prayer against the stronghold of depression that Pan has in your life, for it is serious, and if not kept in check, can ruin your life, cause you to die, or to wish you were dead. That is a horrible, horrible way to live. You want to be free‚ but the biggest blockade to your [spiritual progress] is this awful seed of depression that he has planted in your life. It must be rooted out through strong prayer, the laying on of hands, and a full and firm conviction in your heart to let it go.

91. Seek Me more about how you can fight it on a daily basis, for this is not just a simple negative-thinking problem—this is severe depression that you feel. You don't want to speak doubts‚ lies, or attacks of the Enemy and thereby sound totally out of the spirit—plus, you know the answers that will be given to you, so you don't usually tell the full extent of how bad you really feel sometimes. Having a stiff upper lip is good sometimes, but then at other times it can really keep you from availing yourself of the full power there is in united prayer together. So add this to your list of things to pray against and avail yourself more of the help that you need to overcome this. (End of message from Jesus.)

Bind Pan's Hopelessness Through the Keys!

92. (Jesus speaking: ) Pan is an oppressor in your life. He is good at bringing a feeling of hopelessness. You've often found yourself feeling hopeless and wondering what you're even trying for—that's him.

93. It's beyond discouragement—this hopelessness and confusion. It's a full-throttle attack on your life to get you to give up. When he first began this oppression, it was minor, but slowly it gained more power over you, to where he could quickly throw a deep depression over you whenever he wanted to. This was in your mid-teens—a time when many people are most susceptible to Pan's oppression via depression and confusion. Teens have very unstable emotions as it is, and are usually going through many difficult things during this period. For that reason, Pan attacks hard at this age. In the System he is able to lock many teens into his grasp. He turns many under his power toward drinking‚ drugs, anorexia, self-mutilation, and suicide. He tells them that that is the only way.

94. Much of his message comes through music—the music that softly and subtly says, "Life is not worth living. There is no God. There is no truth. Nothing is worth fighting for anymore. Don't strive, just be." It also comes in the music that is frantic, pushing rock, screaming and head beating. The message that kind of music brings is that of mass confusion, mental torture, schizophrenia, anarchy‚ and murder.

95. In recent years, Pan has not had as big a hold on your life as he did in your past teen years. You have learned to overcome and resist his cloak of depression. However, he is always still there—ready and waiting for a chance to get on your back. So you must beware. You have to be on guard and recognize these attacks as soon as they come so that you can fight them with My Word of truth. Give no place to the Devil. Resist the Devil and rebuke him and he will flee. The same goes for his arch–demons. Resist and rebuke them. Bind them through the keys, and they will have no power over you. Claim the power of the keys and in My Name Pan shall be no more in your life.

Unite Your Forces and Fight!

96. (Jesus speaking: ) Whereas the influence of Bacchus is often more outwardly visible and sometimes even blatant in its scope‚ the influence of Pan is much more subtle. He creeps into your mind softly so that you don't even realize he's there, and then he sets to work, again very gradually and subtly. He'll plant a thought or two here or there—a question about something you read in the New Wine, a thought of, "I just don't see how that would work for me" or anything he can think of to feed the "this doesn't apply to me" attitude.

97. With your personal times of hearing from Me, he knows he can't convince you that they don't apply, so he tries to minimize their importance by lulling you into a sense of complacency that it's really not that important to hear from Me all the time about every little thing‚ or even to come before Me first before you start your day.

98. Anything that keeps you from the Word and from seeking Me is the influence of Pan in your life. In that light, you see that he has influenced you more than you thought at first. But that is how he works—secretly, insidiously‚ subtly—where you start thinking it's yourself and your own thoughts, when really it's this spirit slowly working to tear down your spiritual defenses and bring about your ultimate defeat.

99. He often works hand in hand with Bacchus, who uses his allures‚ distractions, and tentacles of temptation to divert your attention from the spiritual infiltration of the Enemy in your life. It's the old "Stand in the Gap" story, where he gets you so busy with other things that you neglect to see that the walls of your spiritual defenses are crumbling and being carried away brick by brick when you're not looking.

100. Because the attack is two-fold—the distraction on one hand, and the tearing down of your defenses on the other—you must be aware of both and take steps to counter them at the same time. If you just go after the distractions but fail to rectify the fact that you are not getting the Word time and time with Me that you need, you will only win half a victory, and will soon find yourself in the same predicament again. If you strive to combat the lethargy that keeps you from hungering and thirsting after My Words, from stirring yourself up in spirit and depending wholly and utterly upon Me, but fail to resist the worldly influences and distractions that Bacchus will keep throwing at you, that victory will elude you.

101. The Enemy knows just as well as I do that in unity there is strength, and so his forces are united as well—united against you. You must unite against him. This requires not only your personal prayers and efforts to fight him‚ but the strength and force of your brethren in prayer, the power of My angels and helpers, and the guidance of My Word and your shepherds, to combat the Enemy's concerted campaign to destroy your service for Me.

102. Half a victory will be no victory at all. Nothing short of right is right, and anything short of total victory is defeat waiting to happen unless you keep pressing on and keep fighting.

103. The Enemy has established strongholds in your soul and weakened you and your service for Me. But it is possible to evict him, to claim those places of compromise and turn them into bastions of strength for My cause. You have to rally your forces, focus your efforts, and go on the attack to dislodge him from every place in your heart that he has infiltrated, to uncover all his hidden bases, to clear away the landmines of fear and hesitation that have kept you from going in after him in full force.

104. Pan will not be easily evicted, but he is no match for My strength and My power, and the power I give you through the keys. Use the keys to let the light in‚ and his darkness will flee of itself. That light will be to fill yourself with the tenets and truths of My Word, to make them a part of your being; to appropriate to yourself the spiritual weapons of prayer‚ praise, hearing from Me and coming to love Me intimately‚ knowing that by using them you cut the Enemy to the heart; to give no place to the Evil One when he seeks to enter in with this little thought‚ or that little hesitation, or any distraction he would use to keep you from seeking Me in all things you intend to do.

105. Turn your eyes toward Me, toward the light of My crystal, and as you are drawn in closer by its power, those insignificant globs of darkness that seem as if they wield such a strong grip will loosen and fall away, and you will be wholly Mine once again, ready to fulfill the destiny and calling to which you were born‚ for which you were prepared from the foundation of this world. Simplicity

106. (Jesus speaking: ) Pan often influences you by making everything seem more complicated than it needs to be. He plays on the complexities of the mind and of human emotion, and uses this complexity to completely discourage you. You can attribute many of the sleepless nights throughout your life to his influence—his causing you to think a thing through a hundred times in a hundred ways until you feel completely at a loss and hopeless, or until you feel that you've figured everything out—as in, on your own, without Me.

107. He hinders you from asking Me everything because he's convinced you that it's often better to think it through yourself—or at least to think it through first before asking Me. He has wasted a lot of your time and mental energy through this—time that you could have devoted to hearing from Me‚ or doing your work for Me, or sleeping so that you'd have the energy the next day to get up and hear from Me and work for Me!

108. It's time to regain control of the battlefield of your mind, through My power! It's time to take it back completely. No more Huddersfields! You don't want Pan to be able to say, "Well, Jesus, You own most of her mind, but a bit of it still belongs to me." No‚ you want to kick him out and kick him out good! I want you to become a new person—a person who sees things simply, clearly, and as they truly are, whereas until now you've been someone who sees almost everything as complex, confused, muddled, and distorted.

109. That's a bit of a shock, I know, to think that you've seen most things from a distorted perspective—but it's true. Once you get over the initial shock of that and start praying about specific things in your life, looking at them from this perspective, everything will change. You'll want the simplicity of My Spirit. You'll realize that it's "wise to be simple" and that if you didn't spend so much time and energy hashing out this or that in your head, you'd get a lot more done and be a lot more effective—in your job and in your life overall.

110. Sometimes you spend so much time trying to figure out your life that you leave little time or mental ability to actually live it! You can make such an issue out of simple things that they lose their beauty. I want to give you back this gift you have lost—the gift of simplicity, of appreciating the beauty in the things that, though they may seem small, are real—far more real than the delusions which seem so grand but are based and founded on nothing. I want you to live more in the reality of what your life is‚ and dwell less in the realm of what "could be" or "might have been."

111. You have tried and tried to let some of these things go—these thoughts or fantasies that you entertain of how things could have been different‚ or how they could become different—but you haven't been able to let them go because you didn't realize who was behind them. Now you do. You know his name. You know what he has done. You know how he has lied to you. Now you can resist him, rebuke him, cast him out through the power of the keys, and demand that he haunt you no more! (End of message from Jesus.)

Stay Free!

112. (Jesus speaking: ) I broke the hold of strong negativity and over–analyzing in your life, the power of Pan, and you are now free of his clutches. But you must fight to remain free, for his power reaches into the most obscure places‚ and unless you bathe all your mental wanderings in My Spirit, you will find him trying to seep back into your life. Pan cannot withstand the power of the Word‚ so your greatest protection against his insidious devices is to bathe yourself in the Word every single day. Drink it, shower in it, soak in it‚ and let it fill every part of your spirit, every day. (End of message from Jesus.)

Dwell in the Shadow of My Wings Daily!

113. (Jesus speaking:) They that dwell in the shadow of My wings have nothing to fear from these. Pan and Bacchus prey upon the straying ones. When you get weary and cease to fight, when you get bored and begin to roam outside My protection, then these are there to entice and suck you in.

114. Resist and rebuke them in My Name, and seek desperately to stay within My hallowed protection! As you daily call to Me, you will be more aware of their influence and know how to rid yourself of it. It is a greater problem when it goes on for months and years before you begin to realize what is going on, and then you have a big problem to deal with. Daily cleanse and shower yourself in the wonderful cleansing waters of My Words and hearing My voice. These things refresh and invigorate you‚ as well as cleanse you. (End of message from Jesus.)

Memorizing Helps Keep Pan out!
